Poster sessions onsite will look very familiar with boards, exhibitor booths. In-person presenters will bring along recyclable posters that they can display for colleagues to view and discuss. Authors will be asked to upload an e-presentation (a PDF or a short recorded talk with slides) so that remote participant can also view their posters.
Those presenting remotely will upload Connection-Posters for the conference to print out and mount on boards in the venue on their behalf.
The poster has to fit in a rectangle of 120 cm height and 80 cm width.
All posters must be written entirely in English.
Adhesives to hang your poster will be provided.
